In celebration of Black History Month, B'nai Shalom and St. Marks United Methodist Church in Montclair are launching an interfaith dialogue.

Please join Rabbi Robert Tobin and Pastor Leslie Houseworth-Fields for a combined study and discussion of the Exodus from Egypt--a story our communities share but understand differently. What does each group mean by "slavery" and "oppression," "freedom" and "redemption"?

Guided by Pastor Houseworth-Fields and Rabbi Tobin we will work together for 90 minutes in small, mixed groups, then come together for combined discussion. You won't want to miss this exciting opportunity to challenge old assumptions and find new understanding and relationships.
