Samuel Heilman, Emeritus CUNY Graduate Center, Queens College will present on The American Jewish Present and What it Indicates About the Future: A Sociologists View

Professor Heilman will offer a perspective on American Jewry, its number, its politics, its family dynamics, its religiosity, and its attachments (or lack thereof) to Israel and speculate about where each of these is likely to go in the years ahead.
